Birding & Nature Walks – Savannah Southern Safaris

Savannah Southern Safaris is a local operator for Walking Safaris and Birding tours. They are part of the local Livingstone community and always have the environment and our surroundings in mind.

Hiking in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park with a guide provides a different perspective to game viewing in a vehicle. There is always the chance of spotting animals like elephants, buffalo, giraffe, warthog and zebras on foot, not to mention the vast bird life that visits the park. Learn about the park’s plants and animals as you trek through the natural bush on foot.

Included in the price of this activity are park fees, bottled water, light refreshments and snacks and a hotel/lodge pickup/drop off.

The safari departs daily and you have a choice of a 6.30am start time or a 2.30pm start time. Remember to bring a hat and sunscreen.
