The bush is the one place where we are totally comfortable and feel the most at home. It’s practically impossible to stress and worry and so easy to forget about the world and its pressures. In other words, we are just as enthusiastic as you are to get out there and see nature and its beautiful savage face. An African safari is much more of a complete experience if you have a professional and enthusiastic guide with you. Our decades of experience and exposure to wildlife means you can expect an absorbing and thorough safari with some great snaps too. it is our passion that makes the difference and tips the scale, and it is the reason you should safari with us. We absolutely love it, and your experience will be all the better for it.

The HALF DAY Safari  (6 hrs – $65 per person (kids U12 – $35))

This leisurely version of Bongwe’s Livingstone safari game drive offers an authentic safari experience and affords your guide to paint a comprehensive and detailed picture of all of the animals, birds, trees and habitat accompanied by rare facts, anecdotes and occasional humour. This relaxed game drive is not about getting around quickly in the hope of squeezing everything in within a couple of hours. You will have the opportunity to track down and spend more time watching each of the animals as they meander through their day revealing the beauty and harshness of life in the bush. A fantastic cooked breakfast on the banks of the river and then a National parks supervised trip to the Rhino form part of this safari game drive.

The WALKING COMBO safari  (6 hrs. $90 per person. No under 15’s)

This fully educational safari affords guests the chance to experience the bush on foot as well as in the game drive vehicle. A two hour walking safari provides a very different perspective on the bush and its wildlife. It’s really the smaller things that you miss from the vehicle that add to the experience. The thrill of tracking and learning how to identify the different animals from their signs, as well as interacting with big game on foot makes walking a great way to experience the bush.Whilst elephants, giraffe and buffalo are prevalent in the Mosi-oa-Tunya, your experienced walking guides keep safe distances and understand the animal behavior well, with safety being a primary concern. Accompanied by an armed wildlife police officer, this walking safari/game drive combo is truly the best way to experience walking and driving in the bush. The safari includes a full English breakfast on the banks of the Zambezi and a supervised visit to the Rhino.
