Go Ye Therefore Zambia

Go Ye Therefore Zambia (GYT) is a community-based non-profit organisation that was established in 2013. ‘Go Ye Therefore’ simply means to “go out and reach out without segregation.” Go Ye Therefore Zambia observed that there were insufficient education structures in the remote communities of Livingstone and sought to help meet them. They are aimed at supplementing government efforts through literacy education programmes that act as confidence builders and also that transform the negative mindset about education among the children and youths.Go Ye Therefore Zambia works with the Ministry of Education, Livingstone City Council, Child Fund Zambia and other members of the community. Go Ye Therefore focuses on education, economic empowerment and health.
