Jollyboys Backpackers was the first hostel in Zambia and has been catering to budget travelers since 1996. Probably the most popular backpackers in town and certainly the most vibrant. Jollyboys provides great service, up to the minute travel information and a comprehensive activities booking office. Their rooms are clean and tidy and the bar/pool area is a great place to hang out. The food they serve is fresh and tasty and the bar is well stocked and affordable.
Jollyboys also offers a free airport shuttle to their guests and because they are located in the heart of town, all conveniences, bars and shops are within walking distance. Any activities that you book through Jollyboys, the operators will collect you and drop you off again.
Due to its popularity, Jollyboys is often times full, especially in the busy months so we would advise you to book early.
