White Water Rafting – Bundu Adventures

White water rafting down the Zambezi is one of the top activities in the region. Naturally there are several operators offering trips of differing types. The one constant that all these operators have in common is the river. So whilst prices may vary to some degree between operators, the rapids that you experience will be the same no matter who you go with.

Bundu Adventures started operating in July 1996 as a white water rafting operator. They are probably the 2nd largest rafting operator in town and have the experience to provide a fantastic experience.

Bundu offer an array of options including short trips for those with little time on their hands, half day trips, full day trips and multi day trips. When these trips take place are dependent on the water levels, season and availability.

Bundu Adventures also offers the opportunity to swim under the Falls. Of course, this is also season and water level dependent. Their trip leaders are amongst the most experienced guides around, some with 15 years rafting experience on the Zambezi.

Fitness level:

Average fitness and a good sense of balance is required. The walk down and up the gorge is physically demanding, you have to walk down into the gorge on wooden ladders.

Minimum age:

15 years.
