Zambezi River Safaris – Zambezi Expeditions

Zambezi Expeditions offer a river safari by speed boat which passes through island channels rarely accessed by commercial river operators on the Zambezi River. Wildlife that can be encountered are hippo, crocodile, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, various antelope and plenty bird life. There are two options available:

EARLY-BIRD EXPLORER (1hr River Expedition)

This expedition is designed for clients who have limited time and would like to experience the Zambezi River in a short, exciting morning adventure. This expedition is ideal for clients who want to do a river-based activity before departing for Livingstone Airport (South African Airways / British Airways departures.)The Early Bird Explorer offers an assortment of refreshments including Tea, coffee and muffinsPick-up from your accommodation is included at around 07:45 – 08:15 depending on location.

SUNSET EXPLORER (2hr River Expedition)

The Sunset Explorer adventures to locations rarely accessed by commercial river operators on the Zambezi River with unsurpassed photographic opportunities of Zambezi islands, wildlife and birds. A light refreshment and snack will be available on the homestretch whilst we enjoy the infamous African sunset. The expedition is ideal for families, friends and small VIP groups.The sunset explorer offers an assortment of refreshments including Beers, wine, gin & tonic, soft-drinks and snacksPick-up from your accommodation is included at around 15:45 to 16:15 during Summer and 15:15 to 15:45 during Winter
